Instructions for sending your SYREN firearm in for service
Step 1. Fill out the service form

Step 2. Shipping
There are 3 options for shipping your firearm to us:
1. Ship via United States Postal Service*.
2. Ship via licensed FFL of your choice*.
3. Ship via FedEx by purchasing a shipping label from us here on our website. You will be emailed a label to attach to your package. Then take the package to FedEx Office or FedEx Express service center to be shipped. Your firearm must be packaged with label on it when taking to FedEx. They will not package your firearm.

*Please note if shipping on your own: Insure your shipment for its full value. UPS & FedEx will only accept firearm shipments from an authorized Federal Firearm License holder with a signed agreement on file for shipping firearms. For further details you can view their policies here: UPS & FedEx.
Be sure to package your entire gun carefully.
Our standard turnaround time for service is approximately 20 days, depending on the services requested.
If repair work is determined to be covered under warranty, only return shipping is at no charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A member of our team will contact you by phone AFTER we have received your firearm in order to get your credit card details. We will contact you to confirm any charges before using your credit card.
Note: There will be a minimum charge of $195 to perform an inspection & diagnosis on all guns that are no longer covered under warranty. Parts & Shipping not included.
